Marcel and Aline Gocar arrived in Fort-de-France in May 1956 along with their sons, Roland and Claude. Marcel Gocar, a brewery engineer, was hired by Mr. Robert de Jaham to create an exceptional beer at the Lorraine Brewery. |

A real partnership |
International industrial groups have entrusted ACG IPC SARL with the promotion, sales and installation of their equipment and other products in the French Overseas Departments in the Americas and in the Caribbean. ACG IPC SARL’s manager, Claude Gocar, and his assistant, Yassingui Bernabé monitor orders for both equipment and consumables. We form a close-knit team with our local and Caribbean customers and our international principals. We keep in constant touch with all of them by e-mail, phone and fax, whether managers, engineers, technicians, customer sites, factories, workshops, secretaries, logistics, purchasing or accounting departments. In conjunction with our partners’ engineering and design offices, we draw up product specifications and provide tailor-made proposals. Our proposals are submitted to our customers, both local and Caribbean, and then negotiated with our manufacturing partners on the site of the future plant. The length of negotiations for commercial contracts, according to urgency and the budgets involved, ranges from 6 months to 1 year, and can be up to 2 years. |

New Technologies Monitoring Equipement |
Our industrial customers, whether small or medium sized industries and firms or tradesmen, benefit from the latest technologies. We guarantee fast delivery of replacement parts (by DHL, FEDEX, etc.). We schedule annual servicing for our customers with our principals, keeping charges to a minimum. When a technician travels to a given region, he works on a time-share basis with all the customers who have requested his services according to a time schedule previously agreed with all parties, who share the travel costs, etc. We supervise the installation of equipment, the launching of production, on-site training, after-sales service and the delivery of replacement parts. We schedule annual servicing and after 5 to 10 years we also provide any necessary upgrades to the equipment. We organise the financing of investments under any applicable tax allowance laws in force. Our consulting services are aimed at guiding our local and Caribbean customers towards the investment choice that best corresponds to their development needs in the medium and long term, and to their production capacity as measured and defined by potential markets. |
